Product works as intended. Has some Onrong problems but the seller responded within hours and resolved the problem right away. Definitely worth the money!

I ordered and exchanged the first defective sprayer for the same sprayer. I watched a video of the same sprayer and was not able to get the sprayer to work. I was unable to get the second sprayer to work either. I asked my nephew to see if he knew what I was doing wrong as this was my first time using an airbrush sprayer. He couldn't get it to work either.

El Airbrush que vino en el set no fue capaz siquiera de expulsar agua. Por fortuna ya contaba con uno de mejor calidad para su uso y al menos en cuanto al compresor y el kit de limpieza integrado no hay muchas quejas. A lo sumo que el espacio para reposar el airbrush está mal diseñado, por lo que resulta incomodo de usar. Pero es una miniedad. Para hacerla corta, el airbrush es un rotundo meh pero el compresor cumple lo que promete

After a few days of heavy use, it was easy to clean and reuse.. A great "beginners" model.

…until I actually get painting with it. 🤷🏼‍♂️ The unit is going to be used for painting models; I’m getting over some medical issues, so waking far distances isn’t easy right away – which sucks because being a paranormal investigator for 40 yrs has been a blast! But, I digress…My purchase arrived on time and undamaged. I can say that the company packaging looked quite nice, and I actually saved the black lidded box to use for gift giving. 🙂 The air pump seems nicely built and quite hefty; there is a red power button indentation that lights up red after pressing it to turn the unit in. I do wish it was red while plugged in and would turn green after pressing it- but that’s just my idea. I build my own electronic paranormal equipment, so going in and remedying it myself would be easy, but that would void any warranties. To the immediate right of that button that gives you three choices of the liters per minute (LPM) that you want the pump to send to the painting pen. I’m not super familiar with using airbrush systems yet, but this is the first time I’ve seen LPM’s used as an output setting; being a 31 yr veteran retired paramedic, I’m very used to dealing with oxygen LPM settings, so I hope YouTube has a generic video on “airbrushing for idiots” like myself. 😁The LED lighting/setting system for the unit is a tad odd- lime green for 8 LPM, light blue for 9 LPM, and a kind of yellow/greenish one for 10 LPM. Since no actual numbers pop up, I used my handy-dandy Brother label maker (using the small font selection) to abbreviate the above color/LPM settings until I get to know them.The air hose that connects the air pump to the airbrush pen is either nylon or polyurethane coated and comfortable to the touch; it measures 1.5 meters, (4.92 feet) and from what I’m told the industry standard is 6 feet. If the hose was any longer, it could cause loss of air pressure. Metal connectors were use that are hand tightened to the end of both devices, also.The airbrush pen seems well made, and fairly stout. It has a cleaning needle that comes in a brass safety holder (which is nice) and this puppy is REALLY sharp! Take it from a retired paramedic who knows needles! Lol! It has 2 larger sized paint cups and a few other trinkets.I’ll re-evaluate as needed when I finally paint something, and comment on that part of it. Oh- one thing that bothers me is I had this in the “save for later” part of my cart. I ordered it a few days later; I brought the add up for my wife to see, and something I’ve never seen on Amazon popped up on one. A warning message stating that “This product has had a lot of returns”… Not verbatim, but close to that. Jesh! Of course! I’m keeping my fingers crossed that something doesn’t go FUBAR on this product!! SMH. 🤷🏼‍♂️😵‍💫🙄TY!Doc Lykins, EMT-Paramedic (Ret.)

Ok. Almost immediately the hose that connects to the compressor broke after I turned it on. I was lucky that i had a hose from my last compressor so I could test out the compressor itself, which works fine so far. If I did not have the back up hose I would not have been able to work on my piece. I do not know who reads these or how exactly to contact customer support, but you guys should send me a new hose.On the more positive side of things, the compressor has three speeds, for now it exhibits a strong airflow on the first setting alone, that will hopefully help me finish my current projects.Aside from the hose breaking the experience is good so far.
