Standard HorizonHX210 Handheld VHF Radio,black

Brilliant radio, this is the second SH radio I’ve bought having used one for my old boat. Only problem is this one ships from US so don’t come with U.K. charger.

Had this for less than a year and it's essentially packed up already. 3 times now it's just frozen completely, no it's not the keylock feature. It just stays with the screen on until it runs out of battery then when I charge it, it works for a while then freezes again. I've completely lost faith in it which is not what i want when I'm out at sea in my kayak. I'll update on how their customer service is.Edit; OK so I've gotten a replacement so let's hope my old one was just a bad unit! So, the company I had to deal with, OrbitalSatcom for the US or global telesat communications for the UK were absolutely outstanding, their customer service was second to none. I posted the old unit away on sat 2cnd of July and told them that I had to have a replacement for a trip I was doing on the 14th of July.......the replacement was with me on Tuesday 5th of July! The person I was emailing was friendly and extremely helpful. This is literally the best customer service I've ever received!
