Q: Why does it say $0.28 / count when it sells 15 bags for $8.39? Isn't that $0.56 per count or am I missing something?

Says pack of 2, so probably means 2 boxes and each box has 15 bags. Meaning 30 bags total

Q: The individual plastic inside are light green, compared to the one bought in Whole Foods which are dark green. Does that mean this product is fake?

I've had that happen to me. I bought the Earl Grey one and the wrappers were like a lavender color. Then, when I bought it the next month, the wrapper was a really pretty blue-green. Bought both boxes from whole foods- both tasted the same. I think the company just changes it up sometimes.
