Very effective hydration drink. Just pour it in a glass it is very easy.. Its texture is like water and it is full of electrolytes which you lose when you get dehydrated. Good health benefit

Tastes good, has good electrolyte balance, and lower sugar than many other brands. The sodium level is not a concern because it’s balanced to support rehydration without contributing to fluid retention or blood pressure issues in most elderly individuals — especially when used as part of a broader hydration strategy. I monitor intake carefully, and this formula respects that balance. I bought these because I suffer from dehydration and my doctor suggested this over Gatorade.The flavor isn't bad and they are made with more of the vitamins and things that I need for my health condition.

Not going to knock off a star for it, but the cherry pomegranate taste is just terrible. Like drinking cough medicine.

Tastes good, but it says that I have to drink all of it within 48 hours after it's opened. As to it's effectiveness, it's hard to tell.
