I have my Fosi Audio DAC Amp connected using an optical connector to a WiiM Mini streamer, and it works as a great combination on the desk of my home office. The amp easily drives my Beyerdynamic headphones and sounds fantastic. I love the fine grain control of the volume knob.

Feels like a quality produce, Aluminium construction, easy to set up, the mute on the dial is a nice touch. Runs very nicely from a fairly basic Optical PC setup to some Beyerdynamic headphones, big improvement across the board.

I listen to a lot of music from my laptop which is not ideal for audiophile quality. You will never get the same results like a full separates system. How can you make an improvement?This is the answer at an affordable price. I listen to a lot of classical music, so which recording did I use from my streaming provider. 1st was Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Ballet performed by RCO/Dorati (phps). The sound staging and separation was greatly improved using my trusty Sennheiser's Open Ear Headphones. Instruments were pronounced and clear like I had not heard before. Bright and lively. 2nd recording was Haydn's Creation performance with Hogwood. A mass of Instruments and chorus singers. The fosi held its head high and tackled such forces with ease. For Classical music lovers I highly recommend this box of magic.

Drives headphones well

Iv got this and ifi zen dac v2, and sound different is very small, for gaming i prefer fosi

Pros:1. One cable for power and music connecting to my computer.2. Doesn't take up much space on my desk.3. Made of metal, feels like it will last a long time.Cons:Can't think of anything, but I haven't tested the balance port yet just single.

Great quality output, and a solid build. The only reason I've given it 4 stars is because it seem that with only modest movement I lose the device in Windows. Possibly it's more of a Windows issue than any fault of the DAC, and it certainly doesn't stop me making daily use of it.
