This version of the tea isn’t as red as others when you prepare it, but it honestly tastes the same as the one I was buying from Mexico. This one has less leaves and more wood pieces. I don’t give it all the stars because the bag was not well sealed and a small portion of the tea was spelled in the Amazon plastic bag that came in. The seller should be more careful when packaging because an open bag creates distrust in the clients. I was about to return it but decided keeping it in the end. I’m not sure if I will buy this brand again but the price is much better than others.

My period is now so stable it is insane. Cramps have reduced so much and overall physical state during period improved massively. Thank you.

I had to research how to prepare the tea, still don't know how often I should be drinking it (for anemia). The taste and smell are not the best so put a small amount (room temp is best) in a glass and just gulp it down. :-) It would have been nice if the company would have included some instructions on how to prepare and how often to drink it depending on the ailment. :-( Contacting the company has been almost impossible!
