Great product with great taste

Never used this before but found it way better and more effective the liquid IV the taste is better and the strength I feel is stronger. You get way more value for your money and can feel it working quickly.

It has been a very hot summer. I don’t like Gatorade because of the sugar content and water doesn’t have electrolytes . So when I’m working outside, I keep a bottle of this product next to me and it keeps me hydrated and I’m still able to do the work in the hot weather,

I really love the Orange flavor, but these are good too, if you're sick with COVID or otherwise badly dehydrated. Double check with your doctor. I think only one glass a day is recommended.
