Q: will this get ink out of leather?

Yes, but it may take several applications. I had a small ink mark from a ball point pen on a leather chair. My first attempt to remove the stain using Amodex with cotton swab did nothing. I then resorted to just applying a dab of it to the spot and letting it dry. After several applications I noticed that the mark lightened, and now it is all gone. I probably applied it a dozen times over the course of a week or two. Nothing else worked on removing the stain, including other leather cleaners, rubbing alcohol, and hair spray.

Q: Can this be used on FR clothing? Or will it compromise the fabric

Good question. I read the box and the paper instructions that came with it and it doesn’t mention not using it on FR clothing. I am sure they could tell you if you call Amodex at (877)866-1255. M-F 9a - 6p EST.

Q: Can it be used on microfiber furniture?

Yes, Amodex works very well on this fabric. Just always test for colorfastness

Q: Can this remove oil paint from upholstery? Family is full of artists, and some oil paint got on our cloth car seats.

The box says it is safe to use on Auto upholstery, leather and canvas. Effectively removes grease, oils, tar, nail polish and paint. There is more that it does, but I only typed what applied to your situation (could not get a photo to upload). Note: applying another cleaning agent (even water) before using AMODEX can set stains and reduce its effectiveness.
