Reduced Sodium Vegetable Broth Concentrate, 50 Pack

This is a great broth with a nice, mellow flavor. It’s super fast/easy to prep and reduced sodium. Perfect!

I admit that I have never once used this product as designed. No, I have never added hot water and made a broth. What I do, is I squeeze a packet onto steamed-from-frozen vegetables instead of using butter. The flavor is wonderful, and makes vegetables taste delicious.

These concentrates are perfect for soups, stews, pasta dishes. If you have ever ordered from Hello Fresh, you will receive something similiar to this product in several of your boxes. Unfortunately, due to the price I had to cancel Hello Fresh but I was pleasantly surprised to see you could purchase these packets online. I use them in so many dishes, and they are 10000% better than the "better than bouillon" brand you can buy in the grocery store

We learned of this product through our meal kit subscription and are so glad it is available to buy separately on Amazon. It allows us to reproduce the recipes we’ve learned through our kits using the same products. Really handy for recipes, especially for finishing sauces that need flavor but not a lot of liquid. Very convenient and much easier to store than big boxes of stock. We bought the vegetable and the chicken versions. We have also had the beef in our meal kirts snd it is tasty, as well. All good!

I use this as a stock base for Ramen. It is excellent for packing in my lunch.
