Was easy to set up and adjust to different heights for me and my family to use, however after being used only a hand full of times, the bag itself keeps spinning and unthreading itself and the welds on the wall mount broke and now can’t be used. *Updated Review* Seller reached out to me and apologized for the issue and asked how they could fix my situation with a few options. I chose for them to send out a replacement item (as my whole family enjoys hitting it every time entering & exiting the garage) they agreed after exchanging my info and their invoice for my reviewing before confirming anything. A few days later I received it and had waited a while before updating this, and it’s help up so far. Very helpful and nice team/customer support, thank you guys for helping out!

Very poor quality. The bar that goes into the wall is bending…the bar that the ball hags on is becoming separate from the main bar. I bought one for each of my sons and it was waste of money. Now I have to box them up and return them for a refund.

I couldn't get it tightened enough to keep it from needing to be adjusted after a training session. However, it's a really good training tool.

Mounting brackets are good quality, easy to install and adjust. Problem is the bag itself would not hold air-leaking on the side stitching. Seller reached out and contacted me and is sending out a complete unit, only asked for the bag to be replaced. Excellent customer service. Will update stars once product arrives.

So it gets 3 cause it’s a bit wimpy, might just situational but ours is good and tight for about 5/10 whacks, then the frame comes loose and gets looser until it just flops, meaning it’s not really good for any kind of workouts because your stopping every few seconds to tighten it back up. I put blue lock tight on from new and right away we knew lol, tried red still no luck. It seems the hinge points flex around the pinch point too much allowing the screws to loosen over some duration of time. I’m not sure if changing the simple hardware for something different is worth the few dollars to find out. The bag holds air mostly but about 2 weeks and we’re putting some in. The spring has decent action but the anchor grommet is a little crooked making the thing lean this or that way, no biggie if I didn’t have to tighten it so much. That’s why I feel like it’s great to walk by and whap it kind of thing, same with the kids, our 7 yr old son tries to go ham on it and it takes it for a little bit but starts flopping around even with him smacking it , but he can’t really reach and what not to tighten it back up so he needs a helper to use it still. Not bad but fun for sure!
