This hub has a multiple adapter that has a USB-A and USB-C connection. There are 8 total ports. This hub has 4 USB ports,1 USB C data port, 1 3.5mm Audio Headphone Jack port, 1 SD card port, and 1 TF card port. The USB C hub can easily connect to smartphones, laptops, tablets, and PCs. Android phones can be connected if your phone supports OTG. You can connect to external devices, such as hard drives, card readers, keyboards, CD drives, mice, printers, cameras, etc. It has aluminum housing which makes it sturdy and durable. I am very pleased with this 8-in-1 high-quality hub, and I would order it again.

This hub is really great. You can use USB C, USB, regular SD drive slot and mini SD drive slot. It covers just about everything! I really like the light blue color, which matches my IMac. It has a blue indicator light when the hub is in use. The cord on the hub is a bit short...it's only about 5-6" long. Overall, it's awesome and works perfectly!

4 stars because it works well but only has one USB3 port.The fact that it comes with a USB-C to USB-A adapter makes it additionally versatile AND indicates that it does NOT require any of the USB-C "fancy extra features" that are not USB-A compatible!The testing I've done shows that it works as advertised, but since I don't have a good way to check USB speeds, I can't comment on how fast the USB channels actually are.This 8 in 1 USB A/USB C Hub comes with 1 USB-C Port (of unknow speed) 1 USB-A with USB3 speed, and 3 USB-A ports with USB2 speed in addition to a TF/SD Card Reader and a3.5mm Audio Output. That makes it a quite versatile USB accessory!

I like that I have extra areas to utilize on my laptop. My only complaint is that my Apple won’t let me use the item. I had no issues with my windows but IOS didn’t seem to like the item.

I ordered this hub to connect a few items to the Surface Pro I keep in my craft room. I was hoping to be able to use a small number keypad and a mouse but found that my computer never did recognize the mouse, while the keypad worked fine. It could have been a problem with the mouse, but whenever I plugged in the hub and added anything to it, my Surface seems not to have recognized the attached items. I also found that I detested the fact that the hub was hanging off the side of my Surface. That is not an issue with the product, but the fact that all the ports on the Surface are on the right side - no place to tuck the hub away and out of sight.I am now using this product to attach other peripheral items to my work laptop. Since it is tucked out of the way and has plenty of ports for all the things I needed to plug in, it's working just fine.
