This is excellent! Not greasy, very smooth and washes off clean. I use this as a first step makeup remover but I could stop there. I do use another glycolic wash but this does a great job on its own. At 20$, it is a little pricey but you don't use a lot to get the job done. I will repurchase.

Finally! A product that lives up to its glowing reviews. I’ve used different balm brands to remove water resistant makeup and this one’s the best so far. Farmacy’s cleansing balm was my go-to for awhile, but it’s pricey and I went through each jar too quickly (and I only wear makeup a couple times a week). With Dr. Althea, a little goes a long way (though not as little as the photos advertise) and my face feels clean, smooth and hydrated. Would definitely buy again.

I have been washing my face wrong for years. This is the first step of a two step process to remove makeup, dirt and oil. It’s creamy and fatty feeling. Removes all of my eye makeup including stubborn thick mascara and liquid eye liner. After cleaning with this I use my normal Trader Joe’s cleanser and never have to go back in for additional cleaning or makeup removal. Worth every penny spent and there is no scent either. Has been great on my sensitive combination skin.

Love this cleanser, massages into the face well and washes off easily with water, skin feels hydrated. This is my current morning cleanser in the evening I am using an oil and gel again both hydrating.

This melts makeup right off, most of my eye makeup comes off except waterproof mascara. I think I've repurchased 3-4 times now. Its enough to gently cleanse and not strip my dry skin of moisture. I don't double cleanse when I use this, I really don't need to it gets everything off. The packaging is amazing with my long nails too I love this grinding feature so much!

I had watched some tiktoks about what a perfect makeup remover this was, and now I confirm that it really works! Specially for waterproof makeup and leaves your face skin so soft and not oily at all. Highly recommended!

I like this cleansing balm product very much. The texture is smooth, it melts make up easily even waterproof ones! It feels gentle on skin without any dryness or leaving any greasing residue! However, the size is quite small for the price, and I went through it pretty quickly. Because of that, even though I enjoyed using it, I don’t think it’s worth repurchasing.
