I bought one for my neighbor and another for myself because we want to know who is around us when we are walking our dog or just taking a nice jog around the neighborhood. This little cube works.! Maybe it’s a bit challenging to manipulate but the more you use it the better the easier . It has a charger cord and battery, but we have to buy the 32 gig sd card (Amazon) no big deal.. You can clip it on your clothes or you can clip it on your Crossbody bag and then you can plug it into your laptop or phone and see your video. The camera will operate for one hour, which is pretty amazing for something as big as an ice cube.

I understand this product comes at a low price point, but affordability shouldn’t come at the cost of essential performance—especially when video quality is the main purpose. Unfortunately, that’s exactly where this item falls short. The video output is noticeably poor, lacking clarity to the point that the footage becomes difficult to use. Another major drawback is the lack of wide-angle support. The field of view is narrow and restrictive, which limits what you’re able to capture. As shown in my attached video, the focus is completely off, resulting in blurry and unusable visuals. Even under proper lighting, the camera struggles to produce a clean, sharp image. While cost-friendly options can sometimes be a great value, this one simply doesn’t meet the basic expectations for video recording. Because of the severe quality issues and limited features, I would not recommend this product.

Does everything as advertised: I used photo and video mode, motion detection, and night vision. Decent audio and video quality. Great little device for the price. The only thing I discovered is that you can't use night vision if the supplied cable is plugged into the camera (it doesn't have to even be connected at the other end). Either night vision will not turn on (hold power for 3sec and release... nothing happens) or it is turned off (if it is already on). Reviewer Jack P also found this behavior. I'm not sure why there is this limitation. I was planning on using this as a "game camera", using night vision/motion detection overnight to video animals. But not being able to use night vision while hooked up to a power bank means it won't work for that. It would be a 5-star review if night vision worked while plugged in.

I love this tiny dv. Performs perfectly and both audio and video are perfect. Easy to operate and records for about 60 minutes on a single charge. WIN 10 media player won’t play well but download VLC Player and it plays all AVI formats well. I use this little bug as I deliver pizzas and it’s saved me a few times. Customers can be cranky and call the store to complain about me. Now I just direct managers to my secret recordings and proved innocent! Oh yeah, buy this little gizmo, go to YouTube and watch the video instructions and have at her. No ones ever asked me what that tiny postage stamp sized black box is clipped to my vest. Weird ain’t it? Lol!

It stopped working on me a few months after getting it. Worked decent until than.

Instructions were not very helpful

The Camera is NOT 1080p, the sensor for recording does not start at the correct time, sometimes a delay up to a full minute. Night time recording does NOT work entirely, it's just a black screen. The sound recording does not capture correctly and either blares it to a unrecognizable level, or so quiet it's a muffle. And now the device after years later no longer charges and even holds a charge. It's a paperweight in 2024, sitting in a junk electronics drawer I have. It doesn't have any storage, so the only memory space this device has is equated by how big of a Micro SD card you have. The video format this device uses is extremely uncommon. So unless you have some mickey mouse program to slap this SD card into your pc to view it, chances are you're going to have to do what I did and connect it via USB cable and then view the files via it's onboard firmware. I would pay max $3.00 for this as a toy for my 8 year old child to play pretend with as if he was trying to play "security guard". Other than that, it's worthless.

I have bought hundreds of items from Amazon. It is the first item I ever returned and the biggest complaint. Charged it it would not turn on I tried everything from YouTube to the instructions to everything else and would not work.
