The mixer is good but of no use . The outlet is european . So basically unless you change the outlet it is useless for US market .

The product came with wrong blade assembly. I didn't know how to fix it. There was no clear instructions. Also I had to spend money to buy an adapter. Why don't they make it for the US market? The plastic piece from the handle fell off with first handling. Overall a cheap product. So I returned it

Product is okay for this price. Works good, but getting switched off if we increase the speed to 3, in that case, we need to reset the button at the bottom, it works good at speed 1 and 2. Also, plug wont fit for USA pins, need to buy a converter for this.Apart from these, product is good and I liked it. Would recommend others if they need a mixer grinder for a less price. If you don't bother for price, then go for another.

low quality, main body looked used and strong smell of plastic. But the company cooperated and issued a refund upon receiving the product, however I had to pay my own shipping which was more than half the price of the product.

Happy to see Made in INDIA product.its working fine ,Good Steel with 3 Jars."Rubbers" and "Clips" are cheap quality (after all Delhi product), clips may break anytime, if we use without rubber its spills all across.frequently goes off (every 20 - 30 seconds) , need to press the button at the base of the Motor .Its Damn tough to "lock the plastic clips" around the jar when we use "cheap quality rubber rings " for wet grinding - not a good design-- I see lot of Dollar tree material will be much much perfect good, but this is bad.I wish they improve those areas mentioned above, going forward.I don't understand why we need to pay for shipping handling ? (already paid around 10$).we don't need to pay for return, just-in-case, going forward Amazon should change its method.Though timely delivery, but packing is bad.I am giving 5 stars , since it is working " just fine" so-far, however will update after 6 months.

Most un-reliable product
The product is not reliable. Mixture stopped working only after 2-3 times of use. I tried multiple time to reset it via switch in the bottom of the product bit it is not turning ON. Seller mentioned 1 year warranty, I dont think any warranty or replacement is available.Please avoid and stay away from seller.
