Bakwaas cosmetic product
Flow of water is so slow that it does not serve the purpose at all and they force u to use it as they do not offer replacement at all and says they exchange with same item? I don’t know what these positive reviews are all about? Very expensive, slow flow of water and no refund or exchange. But it at ur own risk. Totally disappointed customer

Looks great, works poorly
The button is jammed almost every morning, and is hard to push. Not very convenient.

Good product with poor ergonomics
The product quality is good but the designer failed to keep in mind basic physics while implementing the button (valve) for opening and closing of the water. Due to sheer water pressure ergonomically it is very difficult to slide the button to ON position. A push button would have been a better choice than a slide. Currently the water inlet has to be switched off completely to slide the button to ON position which fails the whole purpose of having a faucet.

Not working post 3 months
Can't be used for locations where hard waters are used specifically if TDS above 150. The sliding switch will get stuck because of hardwater deposits. If you put a lot of pressure which makes your fingers really pain this may get unlocked but the problem repeats in couple of days.

Sleek n Stylish
The media could not be loaded. Design is Sleek.Easy to fit in existing Pipe.Quite effective in function.But missing pressure in output due to Filter obstructing.

Bogus and defective product
When I ordered first, I got the faucet and filters in the box intact. But after I got it installed, it immediately started leaking. I got it checked by my plumber, he confirmed the piece was defective. After that I ordered another one to replace the defective one, but now it came without any filters at all. I will have to return both it seems.

Product service team did a great job
So I purchased two of these products and within one week I have a broken switch. The water pressure is quite nominal.I had written a review on this product a week after using it. Seeing the review the service team reached out to us and made sure they understood the problem in depth and offered their services to help fix the issues including replacing the faulty product. Big thanks to the team for following up and correcting the pain points.
