Not as strong/sturdy as I'd hoped
Mechanism is smooth, but it's so light it verges on weakness. Works well for indoors and not being taken up and down frequently. Wouldn't suggest it's robust enough for heavy use or use outside.

Reasonably pleased with this stand. The top (which supports music sheets/books) is quite wobbly - and yes I did tighten it!
