I discovered the Lion's Mane herb while studying herbs. It did indeed prove useful in helping me remember things more quickly and easily. I eventually lit upon using the NutraHarmony brand available here at Amazon because it afforded me the ability to get a single bottle with 120 capsules at a time at a very reasonable cost. This ensured I had my product for two full months. I find the capsules go down easily as well, an important consideration for older people with swallowing issues. I am one. I also like the fact that the product is organic.
