I actually tried these by accident, thinking they were the adult variety. Yet surprisingly I did notice a level of relaxation. Lower than the adult version, but there nonetheless! So for that reason I'm giving them 5 stars. Plus they're in gummy form so as easy to take as a chewy sweet. Always better than pills or tablets.

Bought this as a mum recommended to me but one gummy don’t do nothing, 2 sometimes works sometimes don’t , the flavour is good and texture as well .

These taste good and do help promote a good relaxing sleep but you have tk take them just when your ready to go bed

Children are refusing to eat them saying they don’t taste nice so waste of money

First off, if you're considering buying these for your children, and have any concerns with allergies, (if they suffer from any), DO read the label completely as it contains data that may be relevant to your situation.My two kids have tried these, one didn't like the flavour or texture but happily has more without being forced to. The other quite likes both the flavour and texture. I tried one, which is why I cut one in half, not that it will help demonstrate what I mean too well with a picture lol ... but, it's not like say a wine gum texture, closer to some sort of jelly baby sweet texture. Easy to chew and break down easily, the flavour, smell and texture are pleasant, although unexpected on the texture... I was expecting something chewier as I've bought similar adult gummies in the past.Overall, I'm happy with the product!

There are 60 gummies in this sleep supplement, with a recommended dosage of 1 gummy per day giving 60 days supply at recommended dosage, although strangely it gives the nutritional information against 2 gummies, which is misleading. The gummies have an expiry date of 16 months after delivery date. The gummies come in a clear container that is 5 inches (12.5cm) tall by 2.1 inches across (5.2cm).When opening the container and holding it to the nose the container has a strong but not unpleasant artificial smell. The gummies themselves are pleasant to take, with a pleasant though slightly artificial fruity taste (though it says it uses natural flavouring of mixed berry and cranberry) and leave a quickly dissipating aftertaste. The individual gummies do smell a little strange though it is not unpleasant.The container itself is recyclable and is suitable for vegans. Just in case this is important (and see the photos) the packaging states that the gummies are produced in a facility that also handles gluten, crustaceans, fish, soy and milk. I am guessing for those with such allergies this is very important. Although it doesn’t state this (that I could see) on the packaging, the product page states it is a UK company.The supplement appeared to work well. The price seems very reasonable for 60 days supply. I have lowered my rating by 2 as I really do not like the fact that the recommended dosage is not that which is used to give nutritional information. It is based on double the suggested dosage.

Don’t work and wouldn’t recommend at all

Getting kids to sleep can be a chore but I've noticed that this product helps speed up the process. The gummies are perfect for children as they taste good (or so I'm told), you use 2 for the recommended dose to give a 1 month's supply which is reasonable.These gummies are now something kids look forward to which is nice, and it has had a noticeable improvement in their ability to fall and stay asleep although it's not a silver bullet. Every little helps though!
