Bacillus subtilis is a good citizen of the microbiome in your gut. I’ve appreciated everything I’ve go from this brand. I’ve gotten everything that Dr Davis recommends but through this brand and they work perfectly. The sibo yogurt is the most incredible, tasty yogurt. I can only do a max of 12 hours for this yogurt before it starts to separate.

I really don’t know if it’s helpful or not because I don’t take this as single probiotic , what I do is I mix 3 probiotics into one capsule. Lower dose. However I did take it solo when I got it and since I didn’t have any side effects, I consider it good. I am taking it everyday, once daily. I prefer slow and steady approach due to sensitivities that I have. It’s supposed to prevent toxic buildup from dying candida, you can’t go wrong with that.

These contain the same strand as Z-Biotics. I use them before a few drinks with my girls and my 42 year old self wakes up without a hangover!

We have tried all of Dr. Davis strains - this one has a gently slightly sweet taste along with the health benefits. My personal favorite. I have had consistently good results making the yogurt with this.

I am unable to discuss the product's effectiveness. The safety seal was halfway open. Unable to use. I threw it away. Waste of money.

I ordered this because I wanted to make Dr Davis yogurt using as one of the ingredients. At the time I didn't realize that there were different strains of b. Subtilis. Since then I've heard conflicting information about what strain Davis uses: HU58 or DE11. Then I discovered that this product may not even be b Subtilis. I did make a lovely yogurt with it adding it to L. Reuteri. I emailed Vitamatic, and the response can be seen below. I've decided to continue using it because the strain they use is beneficial to gut health, and like I say the yogurt was absolutely delicious. Even my 11 year old granddaughter liked it and she normally hates yogurt. (Only give a child a couple of teaspoons due to the potential rise in oxytocin levels which may not be safe in an underdeveloped brain). Considering that Dr Davis seems to be still in the exploration and experimental phase of discovering the best strains, I'm not going to fret over the strain. People should know before purchasing, that this is not actually Bacillus Subtilis. The seller advised me that they use the MBBCM9 strain, which is actually a strain of Bacillus Coagulans - NOT Subtilis.
