The condenser microphone was not working properly so I had to raise a return. It has become two days since then but when they will pick up this item they aren't making it clear. Moreover, Amazon isn't having a option to do / manage it properly.

Got this to make a podcast with my family. It is very easy to use. Even my 75+ yr old grandfather is able to set it up and use it. The only complaint would be that the attachment for the mic stand to whatever surface you are using is not always secure. It can easily slide off/detach even if you put it as tight as it will go.
