Wanted to wax my legs at home as could not justify the price at the salons and just couldn’t afford it any more. This is a great kit and comes with everything for a beginner. I’ve used it twice now and it does take a while to heat the wax but once it has it’s not to warm and does the job perfectly. I’ve tried legs and underarms and has left me hair free for weeks. I struggle with shaving as I get allergic reactions to the razors and the ingrown hairs are so painful. This has already put a stop to that and I’m extremely happy with the results.

Saved me a lot of money in the long run. Easy to set up and use, waxing does take practice though. The was pellets provided are good quality.

Really excellent piece of kit. I have used 3 times and although it took me a while (a few hours) it has excellent results.I only use for Hollywood style waxing and underarms - I tried legs but it took forever.

The heater broke after a month!The rest is perfect works wonderfully great smelling wax but the heater was poor. Trying to get hold of them was even worse, had to double message to remind them I’m still not letting this go and how I should be sent a replacement as it’s within the six month warranty. Amazon got involved and messaged them on my behalf and eventually they sent a replacement which was delivered promptly once they had finally done their part.

Was dubious about ordering a home waxing kit, but so glad I did after reading the reviews.Ordered yesterday and arrived 5 hours early to my delight. Read all instructions and thought I’ll try it out tonight. Curiosity got the better of me, within 15 minutes I am hair free on the areas I waxed. Painless, so easy to use and no mess! Just waiting for the wax to harden so I can remove from the dish. (Hopefully this will be plain sailing also).No more £20 every 3 weeks, and always find they would miss a few or grow at different rates, so no plucking in between now either.

I decided recently to switch to waxing to prevent ingrown hairs, and wanted a complete hard wax kit to simplify the process. This has everything I need, and plenty of wax beads to keep me going for more than a year as a little goes a long way (ymmv).The wax is quick to melt and stays flexible even when completely cooled to make removal easy. It grips even my finest of hairs without tearing the skin, as long as the area is prepped with the oil first and the skin is pulled taut.I managed to do my own intimate area waxing for my first time using hard wax, so thank you Mylee for making a great kit for beginners like me!

Was loving this wax pot until I bought a pot of soft wax. Instructions stated to put the pot directly into the melter. Followed the instructions to a T however despite this the plastic tub the wax was held in melted onto the melter ruining the melter and causing a lot of smoke and smell. I sent an email to customer services regarding this and I have been ignored.
