Hello, this is Lily from Breezytail. Breezytail products are all manufactured in South Korea, not China. We are a brand from Korea. As for your concerns, unfortunately, I have to admit almost all human or pet cosmetic products are containing some chemicals. However; what we did was replacing harsh chemicals into mild and gentle ones with vigorous research with veterinarians and other professionals in the field. Also, the number of ingredients used in the PetO'Cera Cat is 36, not 100. Q: Will this product help with cat’s dandruff?

Cat dandruff really isn't dandruff at all. It is dry skin flakes. You may want to increase omega 3 oils, canned food or try a cat food for uti. My cat has been having issues with peeing crystals and it was due to dehydration. His dandruff/dry skin was terrible until the vet put him on some prescription uti food. Q: can it be used on areas other than the paws? Like on his neck, cheeks, and chest?

Product description indicates it's for skin area on cat not paws.

Q: Will this work if it’s used as a paw gel?
