I got these out of curiosity rather than to address an issue. Sometimes I am tired or get "tired" quicker at 41, so I thought; could I ensure a long satisfying session with these? would it make any difference?Tried half 20mins before "activity" (best an hour before Id say); and definitelly noticed the difference in a way that you are at "100% capacity" throughout regardless the exercise - yes you get physically tired all the same but the mast does not go down with it at least. I could tell the effect lasted through the night but it was not like I had to sleep face up either; it was more the feeling to be ready to go at any time; if that makes sense.Wont be using these regularly for recreational purposes, just in the case, but once in a while might be worth to have them handy.No side effects noticed.
