This patio furniture set looks great. The pieces are sturdy yet light enough to move around. Assembly is very straightforward, although the nine pieces do take some time to assemble (I’d say it took me 10 minutes or so per piece on average—very reasonable but does add up to 1.5-2 hours). The price is very reasonable. The table is perfect size for 4 people having dinner, a bit cramped for 6 and quite cramped for 8. The one frustrating thing is that the chair legs will tear up your deck if you don’t put rubber end caps on them. I bought a set of 24 rubber end caps from Amazon (3/4 inch) for like $15, and it solved the problem. But the manufacturer could have easily taken care of that on their end. Still, overall a good set at a good price.

Seriously great product for the price. I wouldn’t say the set was hard to put together, but there are a lot of pieces. Don’t even think about trying to use the caveman tools that come with the set. Luckily I had a power drill and hex bit that fit the screws, so that was a huge help. It would’ve taken forever using the tools it comes with. All in all, it took me about 3 hours to put the whole thing together myself, but I couldn’t be happier with it. The chairs are very roomy for me (I’m 5’4 120 lbs) but are also comfortable for my husband (who is 6’3 220 lbs). I like the fact that this set comes with the 4 ottomans, which could be used as additional seating for small children. However I would not recommend and adult using them as a chair. I also love the idea that everything tucks into each other, which helps prevent it from being damaged from a bad storm or strong winds. I am very happy with this purchase. Not sure how long it will last, but I figure if we can get a couple years out of it, it will have been worth the money.

UPDATE: They responded quickly that a third box would be arriving the next day and it did, with all the missing pieces. The set looks pretty good. The build quality is just okay and at times it took significant effort to get the pieces aligned enough that the bolts would fit where they were supposed to. I was a little disappointed to see some surface rust in the joints right out of the box but for the most part this is good set of patio furniture. It's reasonably sturdy, well priced, and looks as nice as it does in the pictures. We're missing the entire table, all but two of the cushions, and the instructions. I'll update if the rest of the dining set arrives. Two boxes were delivered today with 3 C1s, 6 C2s, 4 each of B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, and C3, along with the nuts and bolts and two cushions. Maybe there's another box or two out there somewhere with the rest of the patio set but UPS says this is everything. I can't even tell if I should expect more boxes since the each of the boxes said "1 of 1" and had different tracking numbers but they only sent me one tracking number and it matches one of the boxes that arrived. Very frustrating.

Great for the price. People mention it being tiny. It’s not tiny. If you are heavier and wider this might not be the one for you. It’s very cute and sturdy. If the table is wobbly you are able to adjust the feet that screw in. I had no problem with wobbliness. I bought a cover for it. Will keep it covered unless using it. Cushions are VERY thin but comfortable when using the foot rest with the chair. I used a screw driver with a Allen key head to put this together because using an Allen key the whole time is insane. Took about 2 hours total. No problems assembling Hopefully it stays nice for longer than a year!!!

This review is for the 11 piece set. I originally ordered the 9 piece set, but the company contacted me stating that the 9 piece was on backorder. They offered to send me the 11 piece set at no additional charge, and I accepted. It arrived quickly and without issue. The set is small, and the cushions are thin. However, we have a small space to work with, and this set allows us to have a nice looking and sturdy outdoor seating area. The glass does get hot in the sun, but we purchased an amazon basics rectangular cover, and it works great to keep it clean and keep the top cool when not in use. It was easy to put together, but one cushion was ripped, and one seat back had stripped screw holes. I contacted the company regarding these issues, and they immediately sent us new pieces at no charge. I’d absolutely order this set and from this company again.

I am happy with this purchase!!! Very good quality for the price. My husband is 6 foot and I have another friend who’s 6’3 and they both comfortably fit into the chairs. Also very sturdy for the size and it packs up beautifully when you’re done. Super easy to assemble too!! And it looks gorgeous when everything is done. We don’t have a huge patio in the backyard so this was perfect for our space. The best part? They have great customer service! My husband dropped one of the tempered glass pieces and Anne was able to send us another one (thank you Anne!!), so can’t say enough about how happy we are with this set!

First, it’s important to know I would consider myself an expert at putting together any product of this type. I have put many different items together and worked through many issues but over was able to succeed. I opened the first box and organizing the pieces for set up. Upon setting up the first chair, I got to the third screw and it would barely engage. I took the chair apart, cleaned the inside with a wire brush, and attempted to renegade the screw by screwing inwards and outwards going to clear whatever was blocking it. It literally stripped one screw before completely breaking the weld on the chair itself leaving the screw stuck inside. Pretty bummed this happened. Hoping to receive replacement pieces to fix this. Nervous though that even if I do, that was only the third screw. Overall, the quality is extremely poor. I’m unable to put even one chair together due to poor manufacturing. The worst part has been dealing with the seller to return. Return policy states I’m able to return the item. The seller “approved” my return but then asked me if they could send a replacement instead as it’s easier for them. It’s not about what’s easier for you, it’s about this product being poorly made and not what was advertised. Now instead of sending return labels they’re asked for pictures to verify. Pictures were already sent at the beginning of communication. Now the seller isn’t responding. Terrible product, terrible service.

Well you certainly get what you pay for, but sometimes it's good enough. It's a perfect size set to have a decent gathering. This set gets used nearly daily. It's not too comfortable, although I'm sure changing the cushions would help. I can only sit in it for about 15 minutes before my tailbone hurts. It's pleasing to the eye and it stores nicely. A few of the plastic feet for the chairs were damaged, almost like they were forced in and split but I'm okay to deal with it seeing how it's an outdoor set and the weather itself will cause damage. I am, however, upset with the delivery and the assembly. I'm not sure how after 3 delivery packages we managed to not receive two pieces for the chairs, the side and the back. I had to contact Amazon (despite the package saying to not contact Amazon and to contact the company instead - but I got no where with them after 2 weeks, they stopped responding), and had to wait over a month to receive the missing pieces because they were on backorder. To top it off, some of the screw holes weren't threaded. Luckily, my house is mechanically inclined, otherwise it probably wouldn't have been put together properly. I don't regret making this purchase, it is perfect for what we need and the price point was decent enough, but if I buy furniture again, I don't think I'd purchase online.
