My size is changing due to continued weight loss so these have allowed me to continue wearing my wedding band without expensive sizing. I clean the ring with an alcohol wipe before applying. The sizers stick really well and last a long time. They stand up to regular hand washing. Lotion use will wear out the adhesive faster so I try to remember to remove my ring before applying lotion, but even still they last a long time. They do leave some adhesive residue after removal; I just rub with an alcohol pad and it comes off. These are a great, inconspicuous way to size rings and I highly recommend them!

The sticky’s don’t work so good but the cord one is a perfect size and you can cut it to your length. Some of the cords are too thick but if you have smaller hands this is the size you want.

Right after my fiance bought my ring, I lost 20 pounds due to a stomach issue. Knowing I’ll gain some back, I just needed a temporary sizer for my ring. Even the thinnest strip is too wide for my ring and won’t stick to the gold. If I put my ring on my finger, then put the strip on my finger and put the ring on top of it, I can get everything to stay in place and it works okay- BUT only until you have to wash your hands. Then the strip is useless and you need another. Also, if you have a dog or cat, the pet hair will stick to the strip. I got tired of walking around with fuzz and hair stuck to my finger and you can’t wash it off, you just throw away and get another strip.

I had two rings that were a little too big, so I needed sizers. I found these and they were perfect! I found lots of other types, but you could see them when wearing the ring and I didn’t like that. These have lots of sizes in both lengths and width, and more importantly they were completely invisible when you are wearing the ring. As soon as I got the package I sat down and put them on the inside of my rings. I loved them, they were awesome. I suppose if you are one of those people who takes off your rings when you wash your hands or apply lotion these might work better. I am not that sort. Once I put a ring on, it stays there for years. Well, after a week or two the adhesive failed and the sizers came off. I am bummed. I loved these things and really wanted them to work. As it is, I will probably apply a new one when the old ones fail, but once the package is gone I won’t buy more.

Bought these because I am between sizes in my Oura ring Gen 4. It is the perfect thickness to make my ring fit snug. The adhesive lasts a good amount of time. Worth buying if your ring is loose!

Bought this for my oura ring because I got a die too big. Totally works and does not slip off. Will stick long term and not budge even after washing hands or showering

This is my opinion and how I found the item. It may work for other people but....The "sticky" adjuster didn't stay on the ring. Especially when it gets wet. Very hard to attach to ring. Just no good at all. Cannot attach nestled rings. Just didn't work for me.
