Great product

I take this when wearing nicotine patches for focus and mental clarity. It helps with bloating and stomach issues as well. No diarrhea or anything like that but plenty of regular bowel movements. I feel much more energized!

I like the amount of oxygen I get to my cells from this product. I actually feel like more oxygen is getting to my lungs when I workout. However, the amount of gas that it fills me with is a tad overwhelming in the form of burps and farts. Now, it could be just MY sensitivity to all things gut-related. It takes me 2-3 days to clear up. I tried cutting the dose in half. That kind of worked, except I poorly measured the second time so I ended up with a little more than half. First time was awesome. I guess 1/3 of a pill is the dose for me at 5 feet, 115lbs. It’s a great product once you find what works. Directions say to take 2 pills. I did not take 2 pills. When I say 1/3, I mean one third of one pill. That’s the dose for me. charcoal to ozone ratio that results from taking a capsule apart is unknown. I just know that is what I can tolerate and benefit from.
