Life changing
Wow this workbook is life changing, it made so much sense! I really enjoyed reading this book and doing the exercises, I’ve been trying really hard to put what I’ve learnt into action, it’s really improved my mental health, opened my eyes and improved my relationship with food. I can not recommend this book enough. I’ve completed now but know that I’ll keep coming back to it as I want to gage how much I’ve progressed and also remind myself of the lessons I’ve learnt and make sure that it’s embedded in me. I honestly feel that this book is life changing. If you buy the book, just make sure you put the effort and time in, do the exercises no matter how silly it awkward you feel, I think the exercises is what makes this book so powerful.

Great book, great quality. This is an important book for anyone that wants to free themselves from diet hell. The exercises are great and I highly recommend.

Striking new approach to dealing with our relationship with food.
Like all self-help approaches, requires work. This book helps structure that work and represents a useful, and quite different approach, to the challenge of developing a healthy relationship with food in an unhealthy food world. Recommended and far, far better than all the useless celebrity, pseudo-scientific and fad diet books out there which will only result in most people putting weight on in the longer term.
