Nice product - read review for installation tip
Fits perfectly on my E30 glovebox. Installation only took a few minutes. You will need snap ring pliers to change over the lock cylinder. Put your key in the cylinder while you change it over so the pins don't explode when you take it out. It's not fun finding them all over the floor and reinserting them. If you do not have a lock cylinder, you will need to get one or it won't be able to pull the latch. The only negative is I wish they'd included new screws.

Definitely recommend
These glove box latches are a perfect fit for my 1990 BMW 325i. The quality is excellent – the plastic feels durable, not brittle like the old broken ones. Installation was incredibly simple; they snapped right into place with minimal effort. My glove box now closes and latches securely, just like new.
