Spot on product, frozen veg into this two tiers 25 mins cooking time and they are both cooked. Dead simple, dead straightforward, little cleaning to do. Only need a bit of water from the kettle for it to work.

Brilliant steamer - little flimsy with the lids, although I’ll forgive that purely down to its performance of effective heating food through each tier.Be careful not to steam burn yourself as I’ve done many times, taking each tier off after cooking.

Easy to setup and use. Ok for 2 people. Nice compact size, only criticism is the storage. The 2 plastic rings don't stack very well. Maybe a rethink might make it 5 stars not the 4 stars I am giving this. Still a great steamer.

Really good and easy to use, lightweight steamer baskets but be mindful of the steam when removing baskets, likewise the hot water left within the base afterwards - allow it to cool before emptying the water out.Definitely keep out of reach of kids and away from the worktop edge, stability is questionable as it’s tall and narrow. Don’t try to move it once it’s in use!We recently had our gas boiler removed and replaced with an Air Source Heat Pump so it seemed pointless paying a gas standing charge for just our cooker rings (ovens are electrical) and our gas fire which we don’t use anyway. I needed a way to cook things that we used to use the gas rings for, this steamer was bought to tied us over until we have a new kitchen in a years time. It is brilliant, easy to use it’s got a lot of power and does steam beautifully and even. You can cook enough for 4 people with Sunday Dinner servings. As an added bonus we can take this camping with us as we have an inverter in our van. Electric hook up. It’s already paid for itself in the 2 months since we had the gas capped off and removed by our supplier and the portable induction job we’ve also bought.
