Arrived on time ... works perfectly

Very pleased with this product. The first one I received didn't work. I did a return for a replacement through Amazon and the replacement shipped the same day. The golf cart is now running like a dream again

My repair shop says these are junk made in China rather than better quality replacements made in Japan. I bought this October 26, had it installed in mid-November, used it about a month (maybe two times a week) before xmas holidays. In January, I used it two times without problem but on the third use I heard a quite loud bang when the top blew off, leaving pieces all over the engine compartment and my golf cart coasting to the curb. I will try to contact the seller to see what they say and let you know. You may get lucky and have one last a little longer, but for $115, I'm no longer interested in playing the odds and hoping for the best.Update: The seller was fantastic and responded immediately to my warranty inquiry. They offered to send a new starter, but for some reason decided to refund the full purchase price, which I didn't ask for but prefer. I'm not sure I would recommend the product, but I would not hesitate to purchase again from the seller.

I put this in a 1991 Yamaha G8AG with a Hitachi GSB107 O6K original starter. Fit very well and runs smooth. I did have to replace the Red/Green Connectors with Bullet type, but I knew that from the pictures when I ordered it. I give it 4 Stars because I’ve only ran it a few times since I installed it, we will see how it goes. As of now I am pleased with the product.

The first order that I received was no good after a short period of time the company wrote me back, told me to save expense. They would just send me another new starter and that one was installed and worked fantastic. I appreciate them working with me.

This thing failed after 15 minutes of install. Left my daughter broke down on the side of the road and when I got there that starter was smoking hot. The only positive thing about it was that it bolted right in so that was easy.
