Light and useful
The media could not be loaded. It comes in a compact box and assembly is relatively easy. It has various dividers and a top tray. The wheels are usefull for small adjustments, but for a longer distance, the handles maybe more suitable. The mesh material, gives a sense of lightness, but it also helps to easily identify any potential hidden objects in the trays.

Updated review: When I was assembling the organizer, there were screws that didn't line up well and areas that were supposed to be welded that had already come apart. I thought it would be fine anyway, so was willing to overlook the issues (including the fact that papers could just slide back and down) because it was affordable at the time of purchase, but I didn't realize how bad it was until I tried to use it. I had said in my previous review that I couldn't see it lasting more than a couple years... try a couple weeks. It's being returned. Don't buy this. Invest in something better from the get-go. Previous review: I needed something that could fit under my teacher desk where I could store papers and the students wouldn't have as much easy access to them. This fits and isn't detrimentally compact (though papers will still stick out like in the listing pictures), BUT the papers can just fall through gaps on each shelf making it sort of a nightmare without making adjustments to it. I'm going to slap a couple pieces of electrical tape across each gap, which will fix it, but shouldn't be something we have to do. I don't foresee this lasting more than a couple school years. This was obviously a good money saver (at the time I purchased it), but if you can afford something better and have the space for something a little bigger that holds items more securely, definitely go for that instead.

Nice Concept
Assembly: 10 MinutesIt’s best to only tighten the screws 75% of the way until you get to the last screw. Once all screws are in, then you can go back and tighten them all.The shelves slide in, and there is one shelf on each slide that sides in differently from the other shelves (picture). The shelves are good for light- or medium-weight items. Based on the slide-in mechanism, I wouldn’t recommend putting heavier items (e.g. large, hardcover books) on the shelves. For heavier items, use the sturdier top tray, as it is supported by 4 metal screws. The only issue that I had is that there was a hole in the mesh when I unboxed it (picture). I always thought this type of mesh was strong and sturdy, so that was weird.Recommended.

Rolling rack small
This item was smaller than expected. The metal pieces that go in the slots so paper can be stored does not stay. Constantly falling out

Middle shelves are troublesome
The cart is very easy and quick to assemble, but I don't think it's a great purchase for me. The cart is useless. I will return it. My shelves fell down into other shelves below it with a good amount of weight, and some shelves fall with just sliding the empty shelve in. Poor quality.

One thing to watch out for
Side panel is very easy to put on the wrong way, trust me I did it. It can also be a little tricky to put on as it has a hinge on it.Otherwise it is fairly easy to assemble and feels sturdy, using it to sort mail and papers for the house.

Cheap crap
Cheap crap, the shelves won't stay in and bend with only one book on it

Not bad for $40 and great for teachers
My wife is a teacher and as soon as I showed this to her, she had a ton of ideas how she could use this in her classroom. I would say that it is not sturdy enough to let young kids use it, so it should be something that the teacher uses, but maybe not young students. The metal it is made out of is a little flimsy, but once it is put together it feels pretty solid. Putting it together didn't take too long and as it comes with everything necessary to put it together. The feet are pain to tighten all the way with the provided wrench, so I would hand tighten them until you get close to being finished.
