I got this slant board to help stretch out my calves. They must be tight as I couldn't maintain standing in the second position and had to drop down to first position. I can still feel the stretch in the first position and will have to use that for a few weeks before going up in positions.It seems very stable and like that it comes with hooks and such to attach stretch bands (also included) for additional exercises. Instructions are adequate, though easy to attach the few pieces without instructions. Although there are two felt strips (with a sticky backing) that are included that I can't figure out where they go and the instructions don't say anything about them.Bottom line: If you have tight calves, this device will definitely help you stretch them out.
