I can’t really say this is working yet since I have only been taking for a couple weeks. I will review more after I have been on it awhile. It is easy to swallow capsule and think it is a good product. I know I have to take it early in the day because if ai take it too late then I don’t sleep well.

Great product would highly recommend. I was feeling very fatigued and tired until I watched one of dr bergs YouTube videos on the benefits of b1 for fatigue like symptoms an added bonus b1 helped with terrible constipation. Would highly recommend.

We have all of Dr Bergs products to be of the highest quality. The capsules to be the right size and easy to swallow. This does seem to be an improved version of Vitamin B1. I am not sure if there is not much of a difference.

So far I like all of Dr Berg's products. These vitamins are not synthetic they seem to be purest form of vitamin you can get!
