The product works beautifully. It is much smoother than the old bin holder I had for twenty years. Be sure to consider the thickness of the part of the door you are attaching it to. My cabinet doors have a 3/16 " panel between the stiles. I had to add a 1/8" piece to the back to allow enough wood to attach the device. I added washers to the screws to reduce the likelihood of the screws going through the front of the door.

The size is great for what I needed. When it was built and looks great. The price wasn’t bad either. The only thing I can say that I didn’t like is the instructions aren’t very clear, but all in all great product.

The product has been installed in the kitchen for several months. The installation was easy and simple with the instructions that were included, the fit to the kitchen cabinets was perfect. Recently there was a problem with the closure, the supplier's customer service responded immediately and provided a solution to my complete satisfaction. Thank you very much

This is a great upgrade to the kitchen, very cost-effective as well compared to other options out there. It looks good, feel sturdy, and not difficult to install. However, there are some weak points. It requires significant force to open I think due to the soft close mechanism. If I could do it again, I would sacrifice the soft close mechanism to make it easier to open. The mounting brackets are also too narrow to fit my cabinet door, and this required me to build out some wooden framing on the inside of my cabinet door. I knew this going into the project, so not a knock on the product description, but this could be a better product if they would include some bracket extensions as other manufacturers do.

Build quality is decent and straightforward to install even if you are not that handy at DIY. Instructions are fairly easy to follow. There’s also a video you can watch that’s linked in the instruction booklet. I got the one that holds 2 cans.

I like the idea of this pull out but the soft close feature is very cumbersome as it sticks. I also had an issue with the provided template. It was not placed evenly on the page so one side of my rails are back further than the other. This isn’t a huge deal but for appearance sake, it makes the bottom of the door stick out about 1/8” more on one side. Would also be nice if it was deeper with more usable space.

The media could not be loaded. Update: The bar that snaps on in back to is defective. I wrote the warrantee email that came with the item but have not received any answer, hence the 1 star. Otherwise: It doesn't slide out enough to get the behind bucket out by itself, you have to remove the front bucket as well, to remove the back bucket, which is a pain. If it came out just a little more, that would be better. I was skeptical this would work but it works. It took a while to install mostly to make sure were figuring out things correctly. It's a little harder to pull open than I'd like because that force to pull each time will have its effect over time. I had to tweak the plans a little because the directions weren't clear in a couple of spots and missed 1 step too. The template was helpful and used for the door but didn't need it for inside the cabinet. I used the in-cabinet templet to get an idea of where the hardware would be positioned then just put the cage so it was even and flush then just drew pencil in the holes of where I'd drill worked good. Overall happy with the item and works well. The quality is pretty decent, including the screws; I didn't strip one screw's head. Would recommend.
