Seems to work very well. Possibly because it has 2 antennas. It works well with my NVR and my cellphone application. I will be buying another one.2-11-18 purchased a second one, was not identical model to the first one i purchased. I can't set User settings other than Admin, I cant create a User or Guest Accounts. I don't get video on my pc. I also don't think this one has a reset button on the bottom. I could not find one. I wrote to KKMoon to see what they say, didn't get a reply. Returned to Amazon for exchange.purchased another one 3-2019, returning it. Keeps rebooting, Works for 30 seconds then freezes video and drops connection. Factory reset didnt help. The software version is not the same as the first model i purchased. This one only has 1 login, admin, no second user, no guest login. Returning.

I have several KK Moon cameras. I had to return one that didn't rotate. The rest are still functional and like new. And I have them all OUTDOORS! Under an eve in every corner of the house so the rain can't hit them directly. The speed of which you can access them on the internet blows the competition away in this price range. 2 of mine are well over a year old and show no signs of wear. Their app is near perfect. I can't think of any improvement I would make. I've tested multiple brands and they all fall well short of the KK Moon.

This is my second KK moon camera. The first one has been very reliable. I had a difficult doing the initial set up I think it was just something I was not doing right the second camera I was able to set up in less than two mins. What I really like is that they go online very quickly when I get an alert and have some motion. I also have a Kuna and a Ring security cameras and they take longer to show you what motion is going on. I use them indoors to let me know when I’m away if anybody is coming in or out of my place. I would not suggest putting them where they will be affected by the elements.

Good picture and record function with audio. Good WiFi monitor when away from home when it works. Needs better setup instructions. Have to reset daily (unplug and plug back in 10 seconds later) Great for the price!

Camera went into configure mode but neither Ethernet or Wireless came up. Unable to configure. Sent it back.

Regular Pan Tilt IP camera is worth half its price. It supports ONVIF and browser view, but it doesn't work with CMS software!

This is the second one of these I have purchased on amazon in the last couple of weeks, both returning, they do not work, Junk
