I've had this red light therapy mat for about 10-11 weeks now and have been using it regularly, about 3-4 times a week, lying face up for about 10 to 15 minutes and face down for another 10 to 15 minutes. I am very pleased with this product...well, not just a product but a health tool, really. Prior to my purchase of this mat, I have already been using LED face mask (another company) for facial rejuvenation, since spring of this year. After months of usage, there were noticeable improvements in my face, improved texture and clearer skin. Based on my research and personal experience with red light therapy, I know for a fact that it works to heal the body. Hence, my purchase of the red light therapy mat to do for my body what the LED face mask did for my face. I mean, I didn't buy the mat to rejuvenate the skin of my body, although that is a nice side benefit. I bought this mat to help repair the cells, increase blood flow to the cells, reduce inflammation and body pain, etc. You don't have to take my word for it. Do your own research. More and more scientific studies have shown the health benefits of infrared red light therapy. So, over this past year I've been experiencing mild bladder infection on and off. Not so bad that I need to see a doctor for antibiotics but uncomfortable enough that I have to take over the counter drugs to relieve the horrible feeling of urgency. I know this is caused in part by me holding my bladder in for a long period of time before relief. Anyways, I wanted to see if the red light therapy would help prevent the bladder issue from returning. I had another bout of mild bladder infection shortly after I purchased this mat. So I lay face down on the red light therapy mat for about 30 minutes at P5 the maximum intensity. I did this for about 6 days in a row and the following week, about 4 or 5 times. Well what do you know, I've not had any bladder issues and it's been about 2 months since my last one. Now, I am not saying the red light therapy completely cured the bladder issue. But I strongly believe it helped because it increased blood flow to the bladder and helped reduce inflammation. If you do have health issues and are unsure of this mat, please, please consult with your doctor first. Now as to the quality of this product, it was securely packaged in a box. Mine appeared to be brand new, never used and not a returned item. I think for the first minute I couldn't find instructions on how to plug everything together so I simply looked at the pictures on the Amazon listing and figured it out in an instant. Very easy, really. The control buttons are also easy to use. One set of arrow buttons controls the timing in 10 minute increments, up to 90 minutes max; another set of arrow buttons controls the intensity from P1 the lowest, to P5 the highest. I usually set mine between P3 to P4, sometimes P5. The mat I purchased is the XXXXL one. I'm 5'4" normal weight and fit comfortably on the mat with plenty of room to spare. I like that there's a thick, durable clear plastic that covers the lights so that I can periodically wipe the mat clean as necessary. Someone said in their review that the plug or mechanism was loose so that the lights stopped working. I did not have this issue at all. But I keep mine plugged into the wall all the time. When I don't use it I just roll it up and prop it up against the wall. And one last thing about this mat. The wavelength available is 660 nanometers (nm) to 850 nm at the max. Here's a quick overview of red light therapy wavelengths (based on my research; I'm not a healthcare professional or a scientist): shorter wavelengths like 630 nm is sufficient to address wrinkles; 660 nm penetrate the skin and tissues and good for collagen production and mild joint pain; 850 nm penetrate deep tissues and is ideal for muscle injuries, arthritis, wound healing, and other deep pain. I like that this mat offers a range of 660 to 850 nm. I know, this is a pricey item, not cheap at all. But look at it this way: it's an investment in your health. Aren't you so worth it??? I know I am 😉. I mean, if you don't have health, you really have nothing. I highly recommend you try this out. I do believe this helps with muscle recovery and so does my always skeptical Husband. I bought this size specifically for my neck and shoulders. It’s not weighted so it doesn’t form to your body per se, but works rather well in a flattened state. I wish it were waited so it would form to the body, but it’s good for the cost.

I love this red light therapy mat! It’s large enough to treat my whole body, and it’s really relaxing to use. I’ve noticed better recovery after workouts and less muscle soreness overall. This red light therapy belt has worked very well overall. I did have an issue with the first unit, which stopped working after a couple of days, but the return and replacement process was easy. We have really enjoyed the therapeutic benefits of this mat. After close to a year of ownership our control stopped working. I wrote to the customer service address in the back of the operation manual and they responded right away. The replacement controller arrived within 2 weeks. So grateful customer service still works the way it did when I grew up! Functions as described. Seems well made. The battery operated power pack works well, is easy to use and charges fairly quickly. I charge it after each use. The charge has never run out while in use. It’s a lot more comfortable to use than the corded styles. I don’t know if it’s working as expected because my knee pain hasn’t magically disappeared. I haven’t used it for very long. I do feel a little less pain in the morning when I’ve used the red light therapy before bed at night. I’ll update review after I give it more time.

This therapy pad works well, but be aware that it shuts off automatically after a short while. I have to press button three times to get the time I want. Charging is slow. But for the price, it's a nice little gizmo.

I purchased this red light therapy belt for my son to help relieve some knee pain. He was able to wrap this around his knee comfortably while laying in bed. It was easy for him to use and store away. The design made for ease of use. I will start using now on my shoulder. I like that it’s small enough to travel with.

Stopped working after 11 months. No warranty. Waste of money unfortunately
