Fantastic for precision jewelry work!
I'm a jeweler, not a dentist. I'm always looking for alternative tools outside the jewelry industry. There's a lot of crossover between dentistry and jewelry. Drilling, grinding, sanding, polishing. These polishing discs are tiny and thin, great for getting into narrow crevices and small areas where larger discs would be too big. The tiny mandrel is very short, but the shank fits my 3/32" quick change handpiece without any issues. The discs are easy to pop on and off to quickly change grits. The plastic discs hold up on the edges and do not tear unlike paper sanding discs.The aggressive blue disc makes quick work of sharp edges on metal. The other grits are good for more subtle refinement.All in all, I'm very happy with these polishing discs!
