After I had a miscarriage, my cycle just would not go back to normal. I started taking these pills a few months later and my mood was immediately better, and then my cycle went back to normal! I can't guarantee it wouldn't have gone back to normal then on its own anyways, but I definitely think these pills helped!! I continued taking them, and a few months after that I got pregnant again as well!

Taking 3 capsules a day (for a while I was able to go down to 2), this product has greatly reduced my hot flashes. It hasn't eliminated them completely, but neither did the more expensive brand of maca I tried. It's the only supplement that has made a significant difference in the number of hot flashes I experience every day.. If I run out, I really notice a difference within a few days or so.

Cleared all menopause symptoms. Never had to go on hrt . No night sweats or hot flashes. Cleared a strange problem with itchy bumps on my face which were Sue to hormone imbalance.
