Vitamin E Tocotrienols - Liposomal Vitamin E Oil 1000mg, Highly Absorbable Delta Tocotrienol and Gamma Tocotrienol, 60 Softgels

In looking into Vitamin E, I learned that the common form - tocopherol - has had some bad press and doing some research, found that the Tocotrienol form has myriad health benefits such as reduction of blood sugar, triglycerides, blood pressure, fatty liver, etc., plus much higher potency of antioxidants than the common form of vit E. There is even suggestion of this form of vitamin E helping protect against cancer, heart disease, and improving brain health and function. Purchased mainly for my husband because we decided for him to go off his statin drug after learning so many horrible things about it, and hoping this and dietary changes will help with his cholesterol. I'm taking as well for cholesterol and many of the other benefits. I liked that this product is clean without a bunch of crap added - no dyes, non-gmo, no tocopherols and MADE IN THE U.S.!

I have been taking this product since March 2024. I have noticed a great difference in my skin, hair, nails and the price point is great as well! Capsules are easy to swallow. I highly recommend and will continue buying!

This vitamin E Tocotrienols by Zingicin hopefully is good as it’s my first time using them and I feel it is very beneficial as “In addition to better bioavailability, liposomes offer protection from various factors that can damage nutrients and reduce absorption in the body such as pH, light, digestive enzymes and cellular interactions.” Liposomal supplements are therefore better. It is in form of soft gel. Therefore, absorption is better. At this point I give it a 5 star rating because has not caused me any discomfort or problems.

After doing some deep dive into my genetics I discovered I should not have been consuming Vitamin E Tocopherols as a supplement. (In fact, it said it could be harmful to me). So, I decided to go with Vitamin E Tocotrienols instead. This seems like a good and trustworthy brand and has been working out great for me.

Loved the fact that this supplement provides a potent form of Vitamin E and that it is available in a liposomal form, making it many time more effective than either Vitamin E or Tocopherils alone. Upon opening the jar, I was a bit put off by how the capsules were clumping together but after a quick shake and a bang on the counter, they seem to be all separate identities. I found that the high dosage of Tocopherils was tolerated well and look forward to my next doctor's visit that should confirm that my blood pressure has dropped as my home blood pressure monitor has shown

My doctor prescribed this supplement to lower my cholesterol. It's easy to take, no after-taste, or stomach upset. Will know efficacy at next blood test, but so far so good.
