The supplements come in a fairly standard supplement container. The container is 4 ½ inches (11.5cm) by 2 ¼ inches (6cm) wide. There are 100 tablets in the container and a warning if smelling the tablets in the bottle the smell of iron is strong. One niggle for me is that the tablets occupy only about ¼ of the container. I do wish the containers were not oversized and didn’t generate unnecessary wastage (although the container is widely recyclable PET). The expiry date on the tablets is 21 months from date of delivery. The tablets are small and easily swallowed. Given the strong smell from the container I was expecting a horrible taste and aftertaste but actually although there was a very slight taste it was not unpleasant. The serving size is 1 tablet daily. The tablets seem quite gentle on the system as advertised. If Iron supplements are needed then I for one am pleased that one that is not awful to take and hard on the system is available. The price point is high, however it makes the process of taking iron much easier for me so is worth it.
