Great comfort
Unlike other knee pads these you can wear underneath your trousers and stay put. Best knees pads I've had in 17 years !

Very useful and helpful
I hit my knees during sparring sessions and it was hurting, and knees cannot recover because there are another sparring that I cannot miss, but need to heal my knees at the same time. So I was looking for solution, was using knee wrap (useless) and found this, - RDX knees pads doing good job, very comfortable and helpful to recover knees even without stopping of sparring.
