Love this vanilla, it's thick and a little goes a long way the flavor is strong. I use it in my pancake batter, oatmeal, microwave mug cakes, frostings and cake mixes! Anything sweet this works well in! I have had no issues with the containers during shipping and with the dark color I think it keeps the vanilla well. You can definitely taste the alcohol if you lick the spoon just an fyi
