I’ve tried several multivitamins for my 7-year-old daughter, and these are by far her favorite. She loves the taste (especially the orange ones), and I love the clean ingredient list with no artificial stuff. I also appreciate that they use real fruits and veggies and don’t overload the gummies with unnecessary amounts of vitamins.Since we started using them, I’ve noticed she has more energy and stays focused during school. My 12yr old daughter has been taking these on daily basis as suggested since 2-3 weeks ago, she said flavor is good but consistency is a little sticky as described, and not an issue for her.. However I have not seen her having bigger portions during meals, meaning her appetite is the same, I was hoping she would start having more appetite then she'd be willing to try for diverse options like salads, fish or some other foods she usually doesn't have.. but not so far, it might be too soon (?)

Within 24hrs I started to see a change in our son. Week later he was able to remember his daily routines, less frustrated with society, able to follow directions without being told 10 or more times, he was able to eat less junk food and more healthy food. He has ADHD HIGH IQ and he was able to remember everything again and stop falling asleep during class or karate. His rude behavior has calmed down. The emotional breakdown less a lot went from a day long to 2mins or less. highly recommend!!! Taste is fruity no sticky no chalky taste. Easy to use less sugar content as well!

Officially 5 year old approved in our household. :) I have had trouble getting him to take ANY sort of vitamin. But he LOVES first day. They taste great. Low sugar. I'm excited to see the improvements so many parents talk about with First Day. We have a picky eater, and I'm hoping this helps combat hidden hunger and behavioral issues that come with that. We're only a few days in, but so far we're EXCITED. Looking forward to continuing use with this vitamin.

I bought these because the review stated that they tasted good.. to begin with once you open the container you can literally smell the vitamins, like they don’t smell at all, my kids with just getting a whiff of the vitamins they didn’t even want to eat them.. and the way they smell they taste.. it’s so hard for my kids to take them with out wanting to spit them out. So if you have picky ones don’t buy these. My kids aren’t picky but they can’t stand the smell.

I tried one. They smell like and taste like Flintstones vitamins. My kid will take it, but ends up holding the gummy in his mouth until it dissolves. Guess it taste less like a vitamin that way.
