Almost returned this thing because it didn't work out of the box. First time I tried to charge it the light didn't go on indicating it was taking a charge. Second time was a charm, and it has worked better than the original Samsung remote ever since. It is also slightly smaller than the OEM version, which I guess is a bonus.

This is our third Amazon Fire Stick Voice Remote (3rd Gen) for our TV, and we’re cautiously optimistic about this one! The remote itself is a solid upgrade from previous versions, with a sleek design and intuitive layout. The Alexa voice control is a standout feature—being able to search for shows, control volume, and even manage smart home devices with a simple voice command is incredibly convenient. The dedicated buttons for Netflix, Prime Video, and other apps make navigation a breeze, and the power and volume controls eliminate the need for juggling multiple remotes. Setup was straightforward, pairing easily with our Fire TV Stick, and the performance has been smooth so far. Our only concern stems from our experience with the previous two remotes, which didn’t last as long as we’d hoped—hence why we’re on our third. The build quality feels decent, but we’re keeping our fingers crossed for better durability this time around. For the price and functionality, it’s a great tool for enhancing our streaming experience, and we’re hopeful this one will be the charm! Highly recommend for its features, but here’s to hoping it holds up over time.

This was so easy, cheap, and fast after we lost our remote. Came with instructions and even has a way to find this remote when it gets lost!

Works great with fire stick. Like the additional quick button selection for popular apps. Would recommend if needing replacement remote. The only thing I would recommend is having a sturdier back plate. Just like remote that comes with the system, it comes off more easily after using for a while. Overall, decent replacement for the price.

I purchased this remote for my INSIGNIA 32" Class F20 Series LED HD Smart Fire TV with Alexa Voice Remote (NS-32F202NA26). Rufus said it was the correct remote for my TV (I included the serial number in the question to Rufus). No matter what I do or how many times I correctly follow the instructions that came with this remote, I can not get the remote to pair up with the TV. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know a different remote I can purchase that will work? Thank you, Chris
