Showerdrapr glass bathroom shelf
I odered this item and it came completey in pieces. Wasnt well packed and as I alreafy bought another one. I asked for a refund as it was not my fault that item sent was not packed properly and didnt want to replace it in case if I would get it and would be broken as before. Their policy is if the item is send back even its not your fault you need to pay postage and admib handling fee unless you are replacing the item. I had to accept replacement as U di not want to loose out on money. unfortunately, its lying in my cupboard and will never use it as I have bought mine from B&Q which I should have done it in first place. Would not shop with them again and would never recommend it to any of my close aquaintances
