Great quality
These are excellent. I was doubtful as they are not distributed by a known SS manufacturer in the brewery industry, but they are great quality and the price is a real value. I would recommend these without hesitation.

360 Degree Valve Rotation - May be an issue?
Seems sturdy and well priced. Valve seal fits well without leaks. The biggest downside if you squeeze the handle trigger all the way, the valve will rotate 360 degrees. If you are trying to close the valve quickly you might overshoot the closed position of valve. You have to only squeeze the trigger half way to hit the range of motion lock. This is the only butterfly valve I have that does this.

Very nicely made butterfly valves
These butterfly valves are built like a tank, with a high level of quality fit and finish. I'm using them as a transfer gate between a boil kettle and fermenter for beer brewing and I have no complaints at all. I'm especially fond of the ratcheting mechanism, which lets you keep the valve partially open even with a high flow rate. There are no signs of corrosion or anything that makes me doubt that these will last forever, and they seal perfectly with every 1.5" TC fitting I tried it with. There's not really anything to criticize here, recommended if you need a food-grade TC butterfly valve.

Solid and Reliable Butterfly Valves for Fermenter Setups
The JMCOLMT 1.5 Inch Butterfly Valves with Tri Clamp Sanitary Stainless Steel 304 and Trigger Handle have been an excellent addition to my fermenter setups. These valves are sturdy and well-constructed, with no signs of parts that might easily break down. The valves function smoothly and have shown no signs of leaks, ensuring a reliable and secure operation. The stainless steel material adds to their durability, making them a great choice for any sanitary application.Overall, I'm very satisfied with these butterfly valves and highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality valves for their fermenter setups or other similar applications.

Decent manufacturing quality, non critical stainless rust issues
These are nice heavy butterfly balves for 1.5" triclamp connections. I am using this on a brewbuilt system full of a lot of low cost China sourced fittings as in a homebrew setup, light duty tri clamp equipment is sufficient. These feel a lot more commercial quality however when there are just a few details that show their lower cost origins. First, the blue plastic screw hole covers on the cast gate handle weren't fully seated and required me to manually tap them all the way home. Secondly, and more concerning, when doing the required soak in peracetic at 150-200ppm concentration, there was large rust spots suggesting that the iron grains are much larger than in higher quality stainless. Hopefully after several soaks, the peracetic will passivate the stainless and hopefully keep any other large iron grains below a layer of chromium. Fortunately none of the liquid contact surfaces exhibited this behavior. For this I deducted one star.Overall, I am happy with these valves given the value. All the machining is perfect with no nicks, burrs, or other issues. These will be great for your homebrew, nanobrew, or trial brewery.

just as good as the ones I use at work
These are full industrial grade tri-clamp butterfly valves. I use them on my homebrewing conical and they are very nice.

Very well-machined, heavy-duty valves
The machining on these valves is impressive, approaching that of equipment made to go in space, except that it sells for a small fraction of the price. They are impressively heavy, and give the impression that they will last a very long time. They mate up well with my existing tri-clamps, and do not leak.Well-made at a very low price, recommended.

Well made.
These are heavy duty and well made. I use them for my brewing set up and they work as good as all the other ones I use. I highly recommend.
