Their customer service was amazing they replaced my organizer fo free with a new one even though Amazon had already sent me a refund. I understand in manufacturing sometimes things go wrong and in this case Besource went 110% above and beyond to make this customer happy. I love my new organizer! I purchased this to help organize my classroom desk/ office space. It was not so easy to assemble but I got that.. I like that there is a slot in the back for filing items in seperate pocket than the trays.

This desktop organizer solved a messy problem for me...now I have four ways to stash and keep papers, books, etc., that I consider worth saving.

The back bin lacked a locking pin and so I used a paperclip, yet overall it is very functional

I like it. Make my desk cleaner and not messy anymore. Can hold heavy books and enough space to assort books and nots and pens. I would recommend this.

This was exactly what I was looking for. Use this to hold our interoffice mail envelopes and the for incoming and outgoing mail.

This is great for desk organization. I have had so many different styles of these organizers and I found this one works the best!
