Great, easy to use fish feeder
I recently purchased the Petbank Automatic Fish Feeder for my aquarium, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how well it’s working! As someone with a busy schedule, I’ve always struggled to feed my fish regularly, but this feeder has been a total game-changer. What I Love: Consistent Feeding: One of the biggest selling points of this feeder is the ability to schedule feedings. I can set it to dispense food at specific hour increments throughout the day, so I never have to worry about missing a feeding, even on days when I'm not home. It's especially helpful when I’m traveling or working late. Easy to Use: Setup was incredibly simple—just load the food compartment, set the time and amount of food, and you're good to go. Versatile Feeding Options: The feeder works with both flake food and pellets, and it has an adjustable portion control system, which is perfect for tailoring the feeding size to my fish’s needs. I can also adjust the frequency and duration of feedings based on the fish's species and my aquarium’s requirements. Reliable & Quiet: I was initially concerned that it might be noisy or disruptive to my fish, but the motor is surprisingly quiet. It operates smoothly without any clattering, and my fish don’t seem to mind it at all. Plus, I’ve never had a problem with it jamming or malfunctioning. Great for Busy Schedules & Vacations: This feeder has really taken the stress out of feeding my fish. It’s been great for those times when I’m away for the weekend or on vacation. Knowing that my fish are being fed consistently while I’m gone gives me peace of mind. Bottom Line: The Petbank Automatic Fish Feeder has been an amazing addition to my aquarium setup. It’s easy to use, reliable, and ensures my fish are getting fed regularly even when I’m not around. Whether you’re looking for a way to simplify daily feedings or need a reliable option for vacations, I highly recommend this automatic feeder. It’s definitely made caring for my fish much easier!

It’s perfect for when I’m away from home.
I'm absolutely OBSESSED with my Petbank Automatic Fish Feeder! As a busy aquarium owner, I was worried about my finned friends going hungry when I'm away from home. But this genius device has been a game-changer! I’m away from home 3-4 consecutive days per week and I can set it to feed my fish and I know they'll be taken care of. It’s also a vacation game changer. I don’t have to worry about having someone go to my house to feed them while I’m away and I hear those feeding blocks are not good for the aquarium. The feeder is so easy to use and program, and the aqua design matches my tank perfectly. You can program it to feed the fish multiple times per day. The best part? My fish are happy and healthy, and I can enjoy my time away from home without worrying about their feeding schedule. This automatic feeder has given me peace of mind and more free time to enjoy my aquarium hobby. If you're a fellow aquarium enthusiast looking for a reliable and convenient feeding solution, look no further! The Petbank Automatic Fish Feeder is a must-have. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could!

Worked good
Super helpful for my roommate and I if we left for a couple days. Downside of it, it did dispense a lot of food, even on the smallest portion size. It was easy to set up though and it worked good.

Great fish feeder
So far so good. Charged battery when I received it and it has been working perfectly for over a week now. I set it for 12 hours to feed the fish twice a day. The first couple of times I had to adjust the slide for how much food to come out. Once that was set it’s been working perfectly. Excellent quality for the money. Blinking light on the feeder lets me know the battery is still working and doesn’t need a charge yet.

Nice to have for travel
I got this automatic feeder since I travel a lot and lately don't like the travel fish food. It is nice, but the problem with using the flakes food is that it is tough to get the correct dose. Mounting this device is challenging, as it comes with a mounting glass clamp. However, I am unable to use it because I have a tank cover. It also includes a double-faced adhesive, which is okay, but not removable. This means I can put it on, but I cannot remove it. I wish they would package this adhesive in a way that allows us to remove the feeder with no problem. but i replaced it with a Velcro

Perfect for my larger tank with lots of hungry mouths!
I love this feeder! My tank has about 40 small to medium fish, a few varieties of freshwater shrimp, and lots of snails to clean up any leftovers. The feeder was easy to charge and was easy to attach to and remove from my fish tank. My tank has the lip for a glass top, but I don't use the glass top. I was afraid that the lip would get in the way, but the clamp is designed well and even has the ability to swivel slightly to handle uneven surfaces. I generally feed every two days. I've been testing the feed port. The smallest port is a little too small for my fish kibbles (5mm size pellets) and they get caught, dropping only one or two pieces during a spin, and lodging themselves into the port mouth. The next size up is a little too large, dumping a lot of food, about 25 pieces of 5mm pellets. If you don't have many fish or a good cleanup crew in the tank, you could end up with a polluted tank. Two solutions: Break those food pellets into smaller pieces and use the smaller port, or set the timer to 48 hours to reduce the number of feedings. I used a piece of painter's tape to make sure that little port door stays positioned. The little plastic catch hasn't given me any trouble but doesn't feel secure, and I don't want to risk it opening or closing while I'm away. One concern: I was afraid that as the supply of pellets reduced in the tube, fewer would come out of the port, because the feeder sits level and from the listing photos, I didn't see a gravity mechanism to help push the pellets out. But there IS a little L shaped catch shelf inside the tube, designed to capture pellets and encourage them down the tube toward the port opening, even when the feeder is perfectly level. I also like this low-tech version, where your only options are choosing 12, 24, or 48 hour turn cycles. (Also a manual option). As soon as you hit the button, the feeder goes through its first spin and the timer starts. Love it!

Not Waterproof
The product works well itself however the clamps don't seem to work so efficiently. After a while your fish get trained to the timing of feeding and will aggressively jump up at the unit. Twice the unit has fell into the tank and ruined. They do have a sticky pad for support as a secondary option. All in all its a good product just needs a better support system.
