I almost didn’t order this because of the melodramatic reviews that it was way too salty. This is not my experience.I came down with a terrible stomach flu and couldn’t eat anything for several days. I even had a hard time drinking water. I became dehydrated and remembered I should probably get some electrolytes.My husband went to the pharmacy and asked the pharmacist who recommended one of the brands on the shelf. He got the one they had with the least sugar (9grams per serving). I could not drink it, it was SO sweet. Unbelievably sweet. It was nauseating.So, I thought I would see if I could find one that was sugar-free online. I looked at several, but this one seemed like the best, no sugar, no additives,. no flavor (because actually I like the taste of water). I’m writing this review mainly because I am frustrated by some of the reviews that (while they’re certainly entitled to their opinions), I think it could mislead people.I hardly taste anything and it certainly is not as salty as some say. It dissolves easily and it has made drinking more water easier somehow, softer. It has really helped me a lot with this illness.

Unexpected Game Changer!I usually don’t write reviews, but this is something people need to know about. I’ve been taking this natural electrolyte supplement during a time when my body’s been under serious stress from a powerful treatment. I initially hoped it would help with cramps, but what happened next blew me away—no more nosebleeds, body aches faded, softer hair, improved digestion, even foot pain gone. My energy is up, workouts are solid, and I’ve felt more like myself again. It’s easy to overlook the role of trace minerals, but for me, this was the missing link.

Great value! It sucks to pay $30 for a little bag, but a serving is a very small scoop and there’s no fillers, flavoring or sweeteners to take up extra space.I can’t taste it if I put in coffee or a protein shake, but it does have a little taste if put in plane water. Kind of a weak salty/baking powder flavor, not bad but it’s there. Will buy again when this runs out. Great for low carb/carnivore!

I wanted get electrolytes but didn't want to have flavor, or sweetener in it. It took a bit of searching and I found a few options. I chose this one for some of the specs and ingredients, but also for the cheaper price, and I am not disappointed. This mixes well in water, doesn’t taste too salty (and not stringently salty, more soft…). I don’t like drinking water, and am perpetually dehydrated, so I am enjoying something that will help me retain more and keep me healthier!! So far so good.

My son is really into nutrition and working out and he was using this one for awhile, but realized he had to double his scoops to get the numbers he was looking for. I originally purchased it for myself. I'm an intermittent faster and thought it could be helpful to take while fasting. If you are "clean" faster, I would not recommend using this product in your fasting window, due to the citric acid. You can totally use it in your eating window though. It mixes well. The packaging is NOT great! It has a zip top that should reseal, but we have had to fold and clip it because it looses it's ability to "zip" properly.

So I've been using this little product for months and I'm finally coming around to sing its praises as someone who's got chronic illnesses and who needs extra electrolytes!Since there's no added flavor or sweeteners this can be added to literally ANY food or drink. It still has a taste in and of itself - kinda salty/baking soda-like? Hard to describe, but you'll know when you've added too much, haha.I've put this in from everything to juice mixes to tuna sandwiches and even my blended overnight oat batches. If I think I can sneak a scoop into whatever I'm eating/drinking I'll do it.This is the best bang for your buck as far as I've found. Tons of servings in here! This lasts me roughly about a month and a half with using it every day.Am I cured? No. But being able to regularly have extra electrolytes like this does make me feel better. :) I'm SUPER happy I found this!

I sincerely feel that this stuff is far too expensive, but with that being said, the product is definitely a premium product! You do not need a lot of of it, per serving, for it to last a relatively long period of time. It is also tasteless, therefore it can be dissolved and pretty much anything!

I really like the composition of this formulation of electrolytes, with lots of good minerals (and more potassium than sodium, which I like) and -- to me very important -- no sweeteners of any kind. The solution tastes slight salty and though it doesn't taste bad, I do prefer adding something to slightly sweeten or citrus it up a bit. I can add exactly how much of whatever I want to add (juice of 1/2 lemon or a big splash of grapefruit juice is what I've used so far). This was the product I was searching for because I want only a minimal amount of sugar (the instructions say having a bit of sugar actually helps the minerals get absorbed), just enough to make it taste reasonable but not to give me a big spike in blood sugar. Gatorade has too much sugar and I can't tolerate the taste of stevia in LMNT. There's a small scoop in the package and after adding a scoop of the product to 16 oz of water, it goes into solution goes very quickly. Then it's ready for the addition of whatever you like and how much you like. A big thumbs up.
