great phone takes a lovely picture just love these phones at the moment second Huawei phone ive had stopped using my last one only because the battery was lasting just a couple of hours in the day that was the P9 lite lasted 3 years so up gradeded to the P20 lite and so far have not been disappointed.

Very good service, product and value for money.

Had this phone a few days. It does not stay on a flag surface. Slips off when nobody now near it.The screen is supposed to be super strong and yet it fell onto a soft wood floor and cracked in two places. Poor quality.

Bought as a Christmas present for my wife which enabled me to reduce her contract to £6 / month. The phone is a quality product as is all Huawei kit , most importantly she loves it , result......

It was just what my husband was looking for spot on great little phone

I wanted to have a second phone as an emergency phone as I was potentially switching from iPhone. I have a Matebook X Pro and given the impressiveness of the laptops I was impressed so decided to go with Huawei for the phone as well.Unfortunately the Huawei P20 Lite didn't cut it for me. It works okay as a phone, but at the end of the day only achieves 2 stars. I list below my pros and cons.Pros- It is incredible cheap- Good metallic construction and doesn't look like it'd fall apart- Great side to side screen for its price point.- Camera is decent for a 150 pound phone.Cons- Face unlock is not as secure as those on iPhone models- The phone is a bit sluggish, somewhat to be expected on a Lite model.- The fingerprint sensor felt slightly unreliable at times and didn't always work for me. I didn't really like its positioning behind the phone- You can get better value for your money on some other phones.- Gets hot when running lots of apps- A lot of bloatware which is Huawei branded- Dropped wifi connections occurred occasionally- Potential issues with Google Play store in the future.
